Services
Space to be yourself
Sometimes we don't know exactly what's troubling us — only that something feels off. Individual therapy offers a quiet, safe space to pause, think, and understand. Together we'll reach the roots of the difficulty, develop clearer thinking patterns, and restore your sense of agency over your own life.
Rebuilding the connection
When a relationship starts to feel different — between partners, parents and children, or within the family — there's usually a distance that can be bridged. In couples and family therapy we uncover the root of the difficulty, learn to defuse negative reaction patterns, and develop communication that creates real, lasting connection.
